4E Hotel, Finima, is now open to investors for subscription. On completion, the Hotel will redefine Hospitality, Entertainment & Recreation (HER) in Bonny Island and in Rivers State. 4E aims at delivering Enjoyable, Entertaining and Enlightening services in Excellence.

- Subscriptions Open from January 1st to 30th May 2024
- Minimum investment for an individual is N15m and maximum investment is N200m
- In case of oversubscription, selection shall be on “first come first serve”.
- On Payment of the first 50% Milestone, the investor shall sign an Investment Letter. The final Letter shall be issued after complete payment.
